3. Membership content and progression

  • MoneyTribe21 membership is a staged, five-level trader development programme. Access to certain content, tools and services described on this website, including for example the daily market analysis, the live streams and weekly live Q&A sessions, trade breakdowns and live charts, trading competitions and The Certified Traders Room, is unlocked progressively as a member advances through the levels.
  • Advancement is earned, not automatic. Members progress by meeting the requirements of each level, such as passing the course exams, completing the demo-trading stages while following the trading rules, and meeting the profitability and consistency requirements set for that level. A feature is not available to a member until they have reached the level at which it unlocks.
  • Features described as part of the membership are part of the programme as a whole. Their availability to an individual member at any given time depends on the level that member has reached. The levels at which specific features unlock may change as the programme develops, and any such change will be reflected in the members area.
  • There are no time limits on progression. The subscription fee pays for access to the programme at the member’s current level and does not entitle them to content or features reserved for higher levels.

4. Intellectual property

  • All website content is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
  • Content may not be copied, distributed, reproduced or used without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of this website or its content.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by technical issues, including server downtime or connectivity problems.
